1.        The Pulse Oximeter, reusable Spo2 sensors (finger clip, soft tip) & ext-cables are carried 12 months warranty due to the quality problems since ex-factory. Reusable Spo2(wrap, Y style and ear clip) are carried 6 months warranty. ECG Cable & Lead wires, BP cuffs & air hoses, Temperature probes & adaptor are carried with 3 month warranty by replacing the brand new ones in case of fault found. No warranty is applied for disposable articles unless found fault of initial use, which will be replaced by brand new ones.

2.        All orders will be only delivered upon confirmation of payment unless any other agreement applied.

3.        Exchanging or returning the orders will only be accepted upon pre-authorization.

4.        25% re-stock fee may be charged while returning the orders.
